If you are looking to buy the coffee online, the place with the best selection so far is NeedCaffeine.com - I ordered some Whole Bean Black Cat Espresso from them and it came faster than when i ordered from Intelligentsia the week before...and with a free mug.
Check it out, here is the link

Hey Trevor. This is an awesome blog...makes me hungry. Do you do your own photography? It's excellent. Anyways, your food looks amazing and although I'm too lazy/busy to create stuff like that, some day I'm going to use some of your recipes. It just looks SO yummy. I killed myself laughing at your 'guys' weekend. Kevin's guy's weekend revolves around burgers (and not those yummy veggie burgers with olive tampenade!) and smokies...and some trusty hashbrown casserole....and let's not forgot ordered in pizza, and hot dogs on the golf course. YUCK. I'd come to your boys weekend in a second, and I would wear my maternity pants to allow for expansion!

Tried this morning with Midnight Roast from Zack's in Kamloops and a $10 grinder from Canadian Tire. The flavour of the coffee is much cleaner when the grounds are removed.
