WHO IS TJ THE FOOD DUDE?
I am Trevor Nawalkowski, a former professional food dude, who lived the culinary dream in both cooking and selling food and foodservices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. For 8 years I was immersed in all things food – cooking at Earl’s, Calgary Golf and Country Club, Country Club of the Hamptons and Savoir Fare and selling at Serca/Sysco Foodservice.

After my food retirement I enjoyed over 5 years of account executive fun, working with CNW Group in the electronic communications world.

My current day job is as Vice President of Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc.

But, my passion for all things “food” is huge and my goal is to bring great food to all my friends, acquaintances and yes, even perfect strangers…

WHAT IS TJ THE FOOD DUDE?
tj the food dude is a social approach to all things edible…

  • On the Web…TwitterBlogE-mail
  • Personally…in your kitchen, in the market, in the restaurant

WHY IS TJ THE FOOD DUDE?
tj the food dude loves to cook, eat, read about and shop for any and all things edible… food, drink, gadgets… you name it. But lets keep the “dude” in the food… always fun! always social! Who wants to cook, eat or drink alone? Never the dude! So tj wants to hang, dude style, in your kitchen, on the web, in the market and have some wicked fun cooking, eating and drinking with ya’ll!
