A great foodie and friend once said to me (actually, it was this morning and he e-mailed) “How in the hell can you have a blog with the word “dude” in the title with absolutely no reference to the original “dude” or his greatest culinary love, the white russian?” 

My mistake! Honestly! I was thinking of mr. lebowski at all moments when thinking about the dudeism of tj the food dude.
