I am Trevor Nawalkowski, a former professional food dude, who lived the culinary dream in both cooking and selling food and foodservices in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. For 8 years I was immersed in all things food – cooking at Earl’s, Calgary Golf and Country Club, Country Club of the Hamptons and Savoir Fare and selling at Serca/Sysco Foodservice. After my food retirement I enjoyed over 5 years of account executive fun, working with CNW Group in the electronic communications world.  But, the lure of all things “food” is too strong and now I am back…

WHAT IS TJ THE FOOD DUDE?
